We'll schedule virtual showings of your favorite properties via Zoom, FaceTime, or your preferred video chat program–it’s never been easier to explore every square inch of the listings you love.
Schedule a ShowingStep 4: Electronically sign
You’ll have the flexibility to sign most of or all your documents electronically, right from the comfort of your home.
Step 5: Have an inspection
Our inspectors will send you a thorough inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions, so there won’t be any surprises when you move in.
Step 6: Close remotely
Our mobile notary will bring your closing right to you.
Step 7: Move into your new home!
We'll even deliver the keys! Welcome to your new home.
